What the words mean
A token is one customer joining one queue once. Somebody who joins, is served and comes back in the evening is two tokens. Nothing is counted when a queue is closed.
A service point is the place a customer ends up: a table, a chair, a consulting room, a counter. Your own console calls it whatever your trade calls it.
A branch is one address. Two shops on the same street are two branches.
A display board is a screen showing who is being served now. Any browser on any TV will do.
Paying
Payment is taken in Indian rupees through Razorpay: cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. Monthly or yearly, charged in advance. There is no setup fee.
Prices exclude GST, which is added where it applies. A tax invoice appears in the console after every payment.
Changing plan
Change plan whenever you like from the console. An upgrade takes effect straight away. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, so nothing you have paid for disappears early.
Cancelling and refunds work exactly as the refunds policy describes: cancel at any time, keep the plan to the end of the period, and anything charged in error comes back in full.
Going over a limit
The free plan stops issuing new tokens for the rest of the month when it reaches 300, and customers already in the queue are unaffected. We warn you in the console before it happens. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing a paid plan first.
Still deciding
Start on free. It is not a trial that expires, it is a plan, and 300 tokens a month runs a clinic's morning session indefinitely. When Saturday gets busy enough to need more, the queue itself will tell you.
